 (a) व्यावसायिक और गैर-व्यावसायिक लेन देन के दो-दो उदाहरण दीजिये

Give two examples of business and non-business transactions each.

State the purposes for which capital reserves can be utilised.

(a) काल्पनिक विवरण लेकर एक महीने के लिए बिक्री जर्नल तैयार कीजिए ।

Prepare a sales journal for one month on the basis of imaginary details.

3. Answer any one of the following questions in about 40-60 words.

 निम्नलिखित में से किसी एक प्रश्न का उत्तर लगभग 40-60 शब्दों में दीजिए।

(a) अपने दोस्तों के साथ चर्चा कीजिए और पिछले महीने की बचत की सूची बनाइए । उचित कारण बताते हुए इन्हें प्रावधान और संचय में विभाजित कीजिए । (पाठ-13 देखें)

 Discuss with your friends and list the past month's savings differentiating them into provisions and reserves giving proper reasons.

 (b) "परिसंपत्ति के रूप में व्यवसाय के पास जो कुछ भी है, वह मालिक या बाहरी लोगों द्वारा वित्तपोषित है।" उपयुक्त चार उदाहरण देते हुए इस कथन की पुष्टि कीजिए।                      (पाठ - 10 देखें)

 "Whatever the business possesses in the form of assets is financed by proprietor or by outsiders." Justify the statement giving four appropriate examples.

 4.निम्नलिखित में से किसी एक प्रश्न का उत्तर लगभग 100-150 शब्दों में दीजिए।

 Answer any one of the following questions in about 100-150 words.

 (a) यह मानकर कि आप एक किराना दुकान के मालिक हैं। एक सप्ताह के लिए खरीदी और बेची गई वस्तुओं की सूची तैयार कीजिए । खातों की उपयुक्त पुस्तकों में सभी लेन देन दर्ज कीजिए ।

 Assuming that you are an owner of a grocery shop. Prepare a list of items purchased and sold for one week. Record all transactions in appropriate books of (See Lesson-9) accounts.

(b) विभिन्न संगठनों के दो कर्मचारियों के साथ चर्चा कीजिए और समझाइए कि लेखांकन उनके लिए किस प्रकार उपयोगी है।

 Discuss with two employees of different organizations, and explain how accounting is useful to them. (See Lesson-1)

5. निम्नलिखित में से किसी एक प्रश्न का उत्तर लगभग 100-150 शब्दों में दीजिए।

 Answer any one of the following questions in about 100-150 words.

 a)निम्नलिखित के आधार पर लेखांकन समीकरण तैयार कीजिए।

 i. शिवानी ने रू० 16,00,000 नकद के साथ कारोबार शुरू किया

 ii. उसने नकद में फर्नीचर खरीदा रू० 1,60,000

iii. उसने किराया दिया रू० 16,000

 iv. उसने रु० 2,40,000 क्रेडिट पर सामान खरीदा

 V. उसने नकद के लिए रू० 1,60,000 की कीमत का सामान रू० 4,00,000 में बेचा ।

 Prepare Accounting Equation on the basis of the following:

1.  Shivani started business with cash Rs. 16,00,000.

2.  She purchased furniture for cash Rs. 1,60,000.

3.  She paid rent Rs. 16,000.

4.  She purchased goods on credit 2,40,000.

5.  She sold goods costing Rs. 1,60,000 for Rs.4,00,000 for cash.

 (b) श्री रॉबर्ट ने 1 जनवरी, 2011 को 100,000 रूपए नकद की पूंजी के साथ कारोबार शुरू किया। उसी तारीख को उन्होंने एबीसी बैंक में खाता खोला और 20,000 रूपए जमा किए। जनवरी 2011 के महीने के दौरान निम्नलिखित लेन देन हुए:

जनवरी 1 नकद में सामान खरीदा रु० 70,000 2 स्टीव कंपनी को माल बेचा (क्रेडिट) रु० 38,000 15 नकद 9,000 के लिए माल बेचा 21 स्टीव कंपनी ने चेक द्वारा भुगतान किया रु० 35,000 स्टेशनरी बिल का चेक रु० 2,000. द्वारा भुगतान किया गया टेलीफोन बिल नकद द्वारा रु० 500 22 22 31 नकद द्वारा भुगतान किया गया किराया रु० 2,000 वेतन का भुगतान नकद रु० 3,000 व्यक्तिगत उपयोग के लिए नकद आहरण रु० 5,000 जर्नल प्रविष्टियाँ रिकॉर्ड करें और उन्हें लेज़र में पोस्ट कीजिए ।

 Mr Robert commenced business on 1st January, 2011 with a capital of Rs.100,000 in cash. On the same date he opened the bank account in ABC, and deposited Rs.20,000. During the month of January 2011 the following transactions took place:

 Jan 1 Bought goods for cash 70,000 2 Sold goods to Steve Co. (Credit ) Rs.38,000

 15 Sold goods for cash Rs. 9,000

 21 Steve Co. paid by cheque Rs.35,000

 22 Stationery bill paid by cheque Rs.2,000

 22 Telephone bill by cash Rs. 500

 31 Paid rent by cash Rs.2,000

 Paid salaries by cash Rs.3,000

 Withdrew cash personal use Rs.5,000

 Record Journal entries and post them into ledger.

 6 नीचे दी गई परियोजनाओं में से कोई एक परियोजना तैयार कीजिए । Prepare any one project out of the given below.

(a) रोकड़ बही Rs. 7800 रुपये की शेष राशि दिखाती है। पासबुक के साथ रोकड़ बही की तुलना करने पर निम्नलिखित विसंगतियां पाई गईं।

 i. बैंक में जमा किया गया चेक क्रेडिट नहीं हुआ, 3,000 रुपये।

 ii. चेक जारी किया गया लेकिन भुगतान के लिए अभी तक प्रस्तुत नहीं किया गया, Rs. 1,500.

 iii.बैंक द्वारा भुगतान किया गया बीमा प्रीमियम, 2000 रुपये।

 iv. बैंक द्वारा क्रेडिट किया गया बैंक ब्याज, 400 रुपये।

V. बैंक शुल्क, 100 रुपये।

 Vi. ग्राहक द्वारा सीधे जमा किया गया, रु 4000.

The cash book shows a balance of Rs. 7,800. On comparing the cash book with pass book, the following discrepancies were noted.

 Cheque deposited in bank not credited, Rs.3,000.

 Cheque issued but not yet presented for payment, Rs. 1,500. Insurance Premium paid by the bank, Rs.2000. Bank interest credited by the bank, Rs.400. Bank charges, Rs.100. Directly deposited by customer, Rs. 4000.
